Gerry is fantastic, and I would work with her again if I have any real estate needs in the LA area. I had just lost my sister, and I hired Gerry to help sell my sister’s condo. I do not live in the LA area, so it was difficult for me to travel to LA to deal with the furniture and all of the stuff left in the condo. Gerry is very experienced and did a great job taking care of everything. I did not have to worry about anything because Gerry was so on top of any issues that would pop up. She kept me updated regularly, told me how the process would go, and informed me if there was anything I needed to do. The whole process went very smoothly, and we got a great price for the condo.
