Denise Tasha from first team real estate, scammed us into thinking we would have a house to lease, when we were evacuated due to the LA wildfires. She lead us on for a week and then completely ghosted us after receiving all our financial documents without any reason. Extremely unprofessional behavior and downright inhumane treatment especially to people affected by a natural disaster. I would never do business with a company that has no respect for humanity.

I'd rather lose my money than lose my voice and be threatened to silence. ** Gregg Colson of First Team Real Estate can NOT be trusted. He hired us to do work and then refused to pay his bill of $285. We bent over backwards and rushed to accommodate his urgent needs. We did HOURS of research behind the scenes and never charged him for the. The fact that he ripped us off is bad enough, but the fact we went above and beyond is beyond shaddy. For 60 days we sent him emails, phone calls, text messages, etc and he never responded. What kind of real estate agent does that? I called his office and his manger Rob (or maybe) said it was very UNPROFESSIONAL of Gregg to behave like that. He said he would try and talk to him but couldn't force Gregg to pay. I also spoke with the corporate office and they reiterated the way Gregg behaved was extremely inappropriate. Gregg was ignoring all of my calls for 60 days so I decided to call him from a different number. This time he picked up and was surprised it was me! This confirms Gregg was intentionally ignoring his debts, my phone calls, and not even courteous enough to call me and say he was going to screw me over. At least he could have screwed me to my face versus in the back. In summary, Gregg is not a man of his word. He his dishonest and unprofessional. He is willing to hire a small repair company who spends hours doing work and then not even pay a single penny. I am also extremely disappointed in First Team Real Estate. While the people on the phone seemed to care, not one person from corporate called me back. When I spoke to managers they said they would "try" but it was up to Gregg...basically saying I can't help. This is a huge corporation and to think the make MILLIONS and then turn around and rip off a small local business for $285. Where are your morals? Ethics? Professionalism? We are in the worst pandemic of our lives, our technicians are risking their lives going into people's homes, we barely make enough to pay our bills and Gregg and his big team at First Team Real Estate have the nerve to refuse to pay their debt of $285 to a tiny mom and pop business. I guess that's why Greed is a deadly sin. It would be different if someone actually listened to our concern, but NO...crickets from First Team Real Estate all around. I encourage everyone to do their research before hiring a firm. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Steve Vartanian and the staff at First Team Real Estate recently sold a property for my mother. They did a great job not only in closing the deal at a fair price, but helping her steer clear of a number of potential pitfalls. Should the opportunity arise I would not look farther than Steve and First Team Real Estate.
