Ruth Metcalf has been an absolutely outstanding realtor through multiple transactions for me over the years. In 2016, she handled both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my townhome at the same time - acting as both seller’s agent and buyer’s agent flawlessly. Ruth Metcalf worked tirelessly to sell our Thousand Oaks condo after we’d moved out of state at the end of last year.
