Guys, I cannot tell you how amazing it has been to work with Jeff. Ten years ago when we moved to San Diego, he was our buying agent and helped us secure a great property for a wonderful price. A decade later, I still call him a friend and he sold that same property for us. I couldn’t have been happier with the process. Jeff has remained the steady, knowledgeable, kind, and aggressive agent anyone would love to have in their corner. As a military member who has moved many times, Jeff has been by far our best agent we’ve worked with. He is prompt with his correspondence, has the perfect balance in his council of market realism vs. ambition, has a great team at his disposal. Would give six stars if I could.

Jeff helped me purchase a home in San Diego while I was still living on the east coast. I knew little about the area and required a lot of assistance. He was readily available with knowledgeable guidance and extra support. He blocked off a weekend to show me around and I found my ideal home in the first two days. With Jeff's help the negotiation process and closing were seamless. During the months between closing and my move, he was diligent in attending to the property and helping me schedule improvements.

Jeff was great to work with and very knowledgeable, he made the process very smoothand even fun at times. He was always helpful and had a great attitude,even when we got stung by a swarm of angry beeswhen their hive was being relocated! Jeff was quick to respond, organized and verypatient while I was hunting for a hard to find property.
