He helped us negotiate the new house and get it 50k below asking price plus $3k in seller credits and still keeping it fully furnished! With selling our home, we were nervous because of the number of homes for sale in the area. Casey arranged an interior designer to help us get our house looking it's best and an amazing photographer which I believe made all the difference! We ended up accepting a full price offer after multiple offers came in, in a fraction of the time it usually takes for homes to sell out here. A ‘heartfelt’ thank you to my realtor and friend Casey Schein for helping me every step of the way on the sale of my longtime home of over 20 years to purchasing a new home for my next chapter. I always knew that when the time was right, I’d call Casey. From our first conversation to closing, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His dedication, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. Though the market was a bit slow, he suggested some minor upgrades and I agreed. After a very successful 1st open house, followed by multiple showings, I had seven offers and accepted an offer $20,000 over asking! The buyers had their inspection and requested a rather large credit which Casey was able to negotiate down to 1/3 of what they’d requested. In the meantime, I had to find a new home. I’d had my eye on one for some time. They were asking way too much originally, but Casey got me down to $200,000 below their original listing price AND got them to agree to almost all repair requests! I closed escrow on my old house on a Tuesday and closed escrow on my new home on Thursday… Wew! I couldn't have asked for a better person to walk with me through this experience and what an experience!
