Steve assisted me and my fiancé with finding a lender to refinance my home. Little back story I needed to refinance so that I could borrow enough money to buy out my ex and have his name removed from title, then add my fiancé to it. So, saying Steve went ABOVE AND BEYOND is a beyond an understatement. He was our contact, mediator (between me and my ex) and therapist.. lol and most important our cheering squad. We wanted to give up after the lender was asking for so much stuff.. get this then that.. now this.. but he told us “it will all be worth it in the end” and it really was .. now we have completed the process and me and my fiancé can move on and start our lives together in our home. We have known Steve for a little while now and he has proved to be very knowledgeable and personable! Not only does he sell your house but he can help you with your loan for the next house. Especially in these times with all the real estate laws, and forms to fill out changing every week. He has kept us informed the whole way. He tells it how it is and explains to you all the different scenarios of what kind of loan is best based on your income and credit score. He is very patient, and a great listener, making sure to truly understand our needs and what we are looking for compared to other agents who might try to guide you to the sell that is more beneficial for them.
