My husband and I met Dan Howard and Patricia Scott at an open house. We'd been browsing for a hot second, but when we connected we knew "this is our team." Dan is warm, knowledgable, and a tenacious advocate for his clients. He knew how to connect with sellers of all shapes and sizes to advocate on our behalf, and negotiated for our interests at every property we were seriously interested in. What we loved most about working together though was how responsive, supportive and thoughful our agents were in this experience. There was no question too complex or small, and we learned SO MUCH about the neighborhoods we were looking at, which was completely invaluable. We saw things that pushed our boundaries and really helped us understand what we wanted, but never felt strong armed into boxes we didn't belong in. I cannot recommend working with Dan Howard enough.
