I loved the workshop provided by Baltazar Living. For anyone interested in buying a home, whether you are ready to look for a house or barely start saving up, this is a good start. I wanted information without becoming overwhelmed. At the workshop you hear from a realtor and financial specialist. Also, the financial specialist can help you see where you are and how to improve which for me was what I was looking for.
