Carlos was very easy to work with and spent time understanding my needs and wants. I was very pleased with the outcome of the escrow and professional way my property was presented. My wife and I decided to sell our house and move out of state and while there are a lot of real estate agents we decided to go on Dave Ramsey's site to look for an agent as we were very familiar with Dave Ramsey’s ethics and within 10 minutes we had 3 agents contact us. We set up an interview with all 3 and after praying we chose Carlos Hernanders who is associated with the Coldwell Bank. My wife and I both found Carlos to be very pleasant, very professional and easy to communicate with and felt very comfortable with Carlos handling the sale of the house. Within a day or two Carlos had a buyer who had been pre approved and qualified for the purchase of the house. Carlos also had another two buyers who were interested in the purchase as well. After checking out the other buyers Carlos informed us the first buyers were more financially secure, he was spot on. We asked him to go ahead with the sale. Throughout the sale Carlos kept us well informed as to the whole sale transaction. While negotiating the sale Carlos was able to acquire $40,000 over the asking price making our house in the housing track with the same sq footage the highest sale. Carlos Hernandez was an excellent R.E. agent for me. I'm very particular in my house searching for the 3-4 times I've ever had to buy a house. I looked at, easily, 40+ homes before finding the "one" for me. I think I really put Carlos through hell but he took it like a man, lol! I was impressed with his very-quick response whenever I called or left a message. He was one to point out something "negative" in a house if it was important or glaring and I VERY much appreciated that. It made me feel he really was "concerned" for my welfare and he understood how I was always worried if the potential house might have problems. I can't recommend him high enough and would use him again.
