Dan did an excellent job of getting my house sold in one weekend. He knows the market extremely well, and provided recommendations on things I could change inside the home for better marketability. He reviewed the various offers with me and helped me understand my options. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan if you are selling your house.

As a first time homebuyer, having Dan as our agent was immensely helpful. He was not only a wealth of information (helping us with things we didn't even know we didn't know), but also was a great intermediary working hard on our behalf (@Dan: If you're reading this -- be sure to take breaks sometimes!) to line up showings on very short notice, get access to information we wanted from sellers, pulling insurance quotes (which ended up actually the key element for getting our wildfire-risk home!), connecting us to his network of contractors, making unrequested trips to the property to double check condition before closing, etc. Dan is also amazing with communication -- he always responded promptly to our texts and (sometimes ridiculous) questions at all hours. He would also always follow through on anything he promised. Overall a great, trustworthy guy -- 10/10 would recommend his services to others.
