Melissa D.

I highly recommend Melissa Dano for your real estate needs. We worked with Melissa to sell our home from late July to mid-September 2026. We sold our home and closed escrow in record time (1 month). From the beginning of the sales process, Melissa demonstrated her knowledge of the market, helped us price our home to generate interest in the first 2 weeks of listing, and then navigated us through what can be a complicated home sale process. And she worked hard to accommodate our needs along the way. Melissa is the trusted advisor you need whether you are buying or selling a home. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator.

If you are thinking about selling your home, run, get your phone and call Melissa Dano! She is a true seasoned professional! Helped us sell our home, and find and negotiate our new home, concurrently! Sounds scary and challenging right? Not with Melissa. She is the pure definition of calm, patience and persistence! She works really hard for her clients and we can't thank her enough!

I can't recommend Melissa highly enough! From start to finish, she was an incredible asset to my Sister and me selling our parents' house. Melissa expertly managed our timeline and set clear expectations, ensuring we were always informed and comfortable with the process. She brought us an impressive ten offers within just a week of listing our home. We ultimately accepted an offer well over our asking price! Additionally, her guidance helped us significantly reduce repair costs during escrow, which was a huge relief. If you're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor, I wholeheartedly recommend Melissa to my friends and family. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
