Charles just helped me purchase my first house! He helped me find and land an incredible deal. I had just met him through a Zillow viewing and just had a good feeling he would be a great to work with. Throughout the entire process he was always available to answer any and all questions. As a first time buyer everything was new to me and he would easily break down and explain every step of the process. In addition, anything that needed to be completed he would quickly follow through and see that it was completed. I could not have found a better real estate agent. Wow where do I even start. Charles just helped me buy a house in Hemet and he did a fantastic job. From the start he was making phone calls and scheduling showings. We viewed a total of 10 houses and he drove to Hemet from San Diego for all of them. He was even encouraging us to view more if we wanted just to make sure we made the right choice. When we did find one we liked he negotiated a 15k price cut and even took a lower commission just so I could secure the house. Then, after getting me connected with all the inspectors, he negotiated a further 17.5k sellers credit!! Would highly recommended Charles as an agent. He is extremely friendly and helpful but also aggressive in negotiations and always has your best interest in mind.
