Sarah is excellent! She has sold 2 houses for me, the last being a probate property that needed lots of TLC. She went the extra, extra mile and organized the house being cleared out and cleaned. I'm out of state and she happily helped me with everything from getting the pine needles & brush cleaned up, some needed painting done, and buying & installing fire & carbon monoxide alarms.
