Don Vandover was a fantastic realtor to work with, and I could not be happier with my experience. Going into the process, we were clueless about what to expect, nervous about the uncertainty, and stressed about the decisions. But Don was great at explaining every aspect of the process while helping us manage our stress and expectations at the same time. He was very responsive, had the expertise to answer all of our many questions, and was extremely transparent about to expect even beyond our closing date. We never felt pressured into a decision, gave us his professional opinion only when asked, and helped us feel like we had someone on our team, rather than someone just trying to make a sale. I've heard some horor stories from friends about shady realtors, but Don operates very ethically, which was a huge relief. We are greatful for Don's help and would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sale.
