We recently purchased very expensive home in Long Beach that had been listed by Spencer Snyder. While I appreciate that not every seller is easy to work with, the disrespect our own realtor experienced from Spencer's team was extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication and downright entitled behaviour was disheartening and I cannot in good faith recommend his company's services. The sellers had left many broken items behind in the home and finally after many emails, Spencer paid to have them removed. But then he had the gall to ask for $300 back if the sellers ever gave me any compensation for the inconvenience!!! Do your research and ask around before assuming he's a "top class realtor".

I was referred to AnnMarie Ramirez to sell my condo and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. She was on the ball and even got me top dollar for my small condo unit. But the kicker of it all was that she came over and finished las minute things after I had already moved out of state. She’s not only a top notch agent, but a top notch human being as well. I highly recommend Spencer Snyder. Professional to the end! Thank you, AnnMarie!

Spencer is not responsive. I would never hire him to sell our home. In my opinion he is lazy and not doing his duty. I will avoid anything he is listing as a buyer. Sellers beware
