I never write reviews but I feel compelled to leave one for Bob. I engaged Bob as my realtor to sell my late mother's home in Laguna Woods during a painful bi-coastal estate administration process. I was dealing with probate in both CA and NJ, and I personally live in NYC. Bob understood my anxiety from being cross-country from this large physical asset - he was so responsive and plug and play from the beginning, very detail-oriented (so hard to find these days), and responsible, honest, and trustworthy. Bob handled the full cleanout of the house, selling the car, repairs, and liaising with community services. He made sure the paperwork was handled correctly given the probate process. Aside from just being an outstanding human and downright fun to talk to, Bob is probably one of the safest pairs of hands on the West Coast. He made this process worry-free for me, and I will forever be grateful. If only he could clone another of himself for out here in New York.
