Overall, this was a very easy process. From the very beginning, Ray was professional and knowledgeable about La Habra Heights. He gave me an accurate estimate of my home and he was real close to the actual sold price. Just amazing. He instructed me on how to present the house, clean up and throw away stuff (he showed up with a trailer and I filled that up)...Just outstanding. He has a network of contractors to do those last minute touch ups. They were all very good. The selling process was very straight forward with the weekly open houses. I walked my dogs at a local park for a few hours while the house being shown. His agents were all very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I was taken care of every step of the way. I want to thank Ray and all the agents who helped to sell the home. Probably the best and easiest sell I've ever experienced.

We always knew we had people looking out for us and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. We’re so happy with our new home and incredibly appreciative of Ray, Becca, and Michelle.
