Frank really worked hard to sell our house during the uneasy housing market. He was patient and offered a lot of good advice without compromising our wishes. If we move back to the area for a second home we plan to work with Frank and ReMax again.

Frank was realtor for my family member. He did not disclose all the problems with the house, I.e., needs siding (30k estimate after escrow closed), needs new roof, many issues with house built in mid 50s! I could go on. He doesn’t know his fiduciary responsibility is to his client/buyer. I’ve been through buying and selling multiple homes in my life and my realtor was very thorough and looked out for me, and went through home with fine tooth comb, disclosing every problem, and negotiated a fair price. I don’t recommend Frank at all.

Frank you and your team did an outstanding job in helping us locate a property that was right for us. You gave us a good perspective on both sides of our price point. And your thoughtful approach and knowledge of Lake Arrowhead properties, was extremely beneficial in our discussion process. By me you would come highly recommended as a trustworthy individual.
