I consider myself one lucky person to have Eva Lee helping me did a 1031 exchange this year. I sold my rental at Concord, CA in March and bought a rental property in April at Temple City. Eva helped me went through all the steps with her enormous patience and professional expertise. I felt so relaxed and relieved to get the perfect results.
