She is kind, polite, optimistic, concerned and knowledgeable at her job. I contacted 2 hotshots realtors before hire her. They were good with presentation but Mrs. Roth honesty stuck with me from our first visit. she rented my Condo twice. and bought and sold 2 house in short period of time for the best possible price. she listened to me, understood my needs and put together a game plan which she executed on. she has a reason for every bit of her selling strategy. she is good with numbers and real estate statistics. During the entire process she communicated everything and with patience sold my house in a few weeks. she was honest with me and other agents as well as individuals buyer. During her strategic plan she offered tips to help my house become more desirable to potential buyers. When I began to receive offers she presented everything to me clearly and thoroughly all while respecting my decision. Never once did I feel pressured or challenged in my decision. she is very serious about her job always present when representing my house. she was always, punctual, friendly and attentive. she is very good on follow ups with potential buyers to keep them engaged.
